Troubleshooting
1. Check your internet connection - Make sure you have a stable internet connection. IPTV requires consistent bandwidth.
2. Verify your subscription - Ensure your IPTV subscription is active and not expired.
3. Check the playlist URL - Make sure you entered the correct URL. Try opening it in a web browser to verify it's accessible.
4. Try a different channel - Some channels may be temporarily offline. Try other channels to see if the issue is specific to one channel.
5. Restart the app - Force close TiviTime and reopen it.
1. Wait for it to load - EPG data can take a few minutes to download, especially on first load.
2. Check EPG source - Go to Settings → TV Guide → EPG Source and ensure it's set correctly.
3. Provider support - Not all IPTV providers include EPG data. Check with your provider if EPG is supported.
4. Refresh EPG - In Settings → TV Guide, toggle "Auto-Update EPG" off and on to force a refresh.
1. Check your internet speed - IPTV typically requires at least 10-25 Mbps for HD content.
2. Use a wired connection - If using Apple TV, connect via Ethernet instead of WiFi for better stability.
3. Close other apps - Other apps using bandwidth can affect streaming quality.
4. Try a lower quality stream - Some providers offer SD alternatives that require less bandwidth.
1. Check for typos - Make sure you've entered the URL exactly as provided by your IPTV service.
2. Include http:// or https:// - The URL must start with the protocol (http:// or https://).
3. Check port number - For Xtream Codes, ensure you include the port number (e.g., :8080).
4. Contact your provider - The server may be down or your credentials may need to be reset.
1. Check Apple ID - Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
2. Check internet connection - Restore requires an active internet connection to verify with Apple's servers.
3. Wait and retry - Sometimes Apple's servers are slow. Wait a few minutes and try again.
4. Contact us - If you still have issues, email us with your Apple ID and we'll help resolve it.
