By downloading, installing, or using TiviTime ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TiviTime is an IPTV media player application that allows users to:

• Import and organize M3U/M3U8 playlists
• Connect to Xtream Codes API services
• View electronic program guides (EPG)
• Watch multiple streams simultaneously

TiviTime is a player application only. It does not provide, host, store, or distribute any media content. You must have a valid subscription to an IPTV service to use this app.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to access any content you stream through the App
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding media consumption in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining valid subscriptions with your IPTV service providers
• Keeping your IPTV credentials secure

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TiviTime to:

• Access content you are not authorized to view
• Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Circumvent any content protection measures
• Redistribute or share IPTV credentials

5. Purchases and Refunds

TiviTime offers a one-time lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are:

• Processed by Apple, subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Transferable to other devices using the same Apple ID

6. Free Trial

TiviTime offers a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. After the trial ends, continued use requires a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

TiviTime, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Bryan Moore. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use our branding or trademarks without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TiviTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All IPTV services will be compatible
• Streaming quality will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Content accessed through third-party IPTV services
• Actions of IPTV service providers

10. Third-Party Services

TiviTime connects to third-party IPTV services. We are not affiliated with any IPTV provider and are not responsible for:

• The availability or quality of third-party services
• Content provided by third-party services
• Privacy practices of third-party services

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to TiviTime at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
